Holland America was AHMAZZZING! Their customer service, cleanliness was 5 star concierge service!! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, they felt like family! Both of our excursions were also wonderful. Both were small groups of 20. I highly recommend the excursions and our cruise line And none of this would be possible without the thorough planning and expertise with our travel guide Shannon!!!

Shannon Raaz was amazing at coordinating our vacation. She set expectations and ground rules up front about what she can and can't do which helped tremendously. She made the entire process easy and convenient. All we really had to do is decide the specific river cruise and pay. Shannon handled the rest. She even recommended certain flights which were less than what I found resulting in us being able to put extra money towards on board services and extra excursions. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would request Shannon on planning future trips.

Great beach, pool, staff AND room! Stress free as Shannon also arranged transportation for us with a company that cost less than through the hotel but was on time and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

This trip was truly transformational. It was the best vacation we have been on. We had some issues due to the political situation in Ecuador but Shannon took care of all the changes. Even the pre-trip communication with the cruise line was lacking, they took care of us from the moment we stepped off the plane in Ecuador.
